Villa AQUAstar – minimalistic and wonderful, close to the starry sky, great sea view, Tenerife South

At the foot of the most sacred mountain of the ancient Canary Islanders, the Roque del Conde, very close to the mystical starry sky, the villa AQUAstar is situated. It presents itself as a modern-functional domicile that creates perfect transitions between outdoor and indoor areas to achieve a feeling of southern living. The living room has a double ceiling height and forms a unit with the terrace opposite as soon as the floor-to-ceiling windows are opened. From the living room there is access to the open kitchen and a large guest bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace. The upper floor is spatially divided into two areas: the private area with the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room and private terrace and on the other hand a guest area with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Both areas are connected via a gallery with glass balustrades, to which the staircase on the ground floor also leads.
